Mile Bluff Clinic, LLP will be installing a new CLINIC computer system that will provide an electronic health record or EMR for our patients.  The system will be implemented in 2 phases.

Phase 1 begins on September 13th with a new scheduling, registration and billing system.

For all appointments after September 13th, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time.  We will be updating and verifying all of your account information.  It is very important that you bring your insurance card with you.

For a period of time, you may receive two separate bills from us.  One bill will show the unpaid balance from our old computer system.  The other bill will be from the new computer system with new charges that posted in the new system.  The amounts due on each statement are NOT duplicate.

If you have questions about either bill, there are phone numbers listed in each statement to call for assistance.

To help us place payments on the correct account, please return your statement tops with your payment.

Phase 2 will be the implementation of the Electronic Health Record.  Our target is to have the EHR fully implemented in 2012.
