Coder

Mile Bluff Clinic is seeking two full-time Medical Coders or Transcriptionists willing to be trained in CPT and ICD-9 Coding.  The Coder is responsible for completing all claims for medical services rendered in accordance with CPT and ICD-9 rules, government regulations, third party payers and Clinic policies and procedures.  Applicant must possess excellent customer service and problem solving skills.  Other duties include regular communication with providers and Clinic employees along with participation in meetings, documentation audits and ongoing education.

Certified Medical Assistant/Medical Assistant -

Family Practice/Specialty

A full-time with benefits clinical position is available which involves patient care and handling patient phone calls.  Other duties include triage, preparation of charts and paperwork, obtaining patient history and vitals, preparing patients and assisting with minor procedures along with other general duties.

Certified Medical Assistant/Medical Assistant -

General Surgery

A full-time with benefits clinical position is available involving patient care and handling patient phone calls.  Other duties include triage, coordinating clinic and surgery schedules, pre-op teaching, preparing patient and assisting with minor procedures along with other general duties.

Database Support Specialist

A full-time with benefits position is available to support software and hardware administration in our clinics.  The successful candidate will possess an IT Computer Support Specialist Associate Degree or similar degree and have SQL experience.  Duties include software administration (security management, user account management, remote access, office systems and applications support), planning, implementing and supporting the network infrastructure, managing IT related projects, end-user support and training and development of reports along with other general duties.
